Let’s face it, finding a job can be hard. We want to help. Here at Taxland we work around your class schedule to make it less stressful for you to work and attend school.
We also help provide you with on the job training to make it easy for you. For tax preparers this training will equip you with the skills and knowledge of dealing with basic tax returns, collating files, and answering tax questions. All tax returns are checked by a checker; therefore, you gain confidence throughout the tax season. Learn the fundamentals of operating a tax business, e-filing returns and understanding capital gains. We review investment statements with regards to translating data to the tax returns. The customer service positions will get most of their training through a mentor who will walk them through step by step on how to prepare a client for their tax meeting with the tax preparer.
Along with the training every employee will do tax prep simulation before the tax season starts. Tax education is learned throughout the season. We have both paid and non-paid internship.
